Hodge Podge

On December 27th, we had a triple birthday party for the 3 kids in our playgroup who all have December birthdays. Greysen, Elise, and Charlotte (who refused to wear the hat, but did really want to blow out that candle!) [Notice her "belt" and "armband" - actually a necklace and bracelet that were her birthday present from some friends.]

She especially enjoyed the blue frosting:

The morning after her party. Still wearing the belt and armband. The pink balloon is one she brought home from the party and carefully set on that chair when she found it no longer "flying" that morning. ("Boon fell down" I think is what she told me.)
Then she offered it her juice cup and proceeded to have a conversation with it.
Yes, we are very proud of her new nose fascination.
Yep, got some proud parents over here.
Actually, it's probably a pretty poor parenting moment that were laughing hysterically at her and took pictures of this, instead of maybe explaining that sticking things in your nose can be a bad choice. Oh well.

be careful with the nose fascination. layne put peas up his nose last week and we had to go to the ER. but i guess fingers and carrots are ok. hehe.
